Sponsorship Levels

At the Crawford County Fair, there are varying levels of sponsorship opportunities available ranging from basic to corporate level sponsorships. All sponsorship levels can be customized to your individual needs. The following sponsorship levels are offered:

Friends of the Fair

Sponsorship Level Details

FRIENDS OF THE FAIR Sponsor

  • Friends of the Fair sponsorships are those designed for sponsors under $500. A sponsor can designate a specific event or area of the fair they would like to apply their sponsorship to or let the fair decide where to best use the sponsorship.
  • The fair often times combines several Friends of the Fair Sponsors to make a larger sponsorship for an area, activity, or event possible.
  • Friends of the Fair are recognized by having their name placed on a banner or signage that is placed in the area or at the activity for the year of sponsorship.

RED RIBBON Sponsor

  • Sponsor will be billed as a “Red Ribbon” event sponsor with appropriate billing on all fair advertising and website
  • Exclusive sponsorship package for the named event with no other like business sponsoring the same event
  • Full page ad in the fair premium book
  • Link to the sponsor’s website on the fair website
  • Six (6) week passes and twenty (20) day passes OR Ten (10) car passes to allow parking in the PIT area with admission for two (2) persons per vehicle. Any additional people will be charged normal fairground’s admission.
  • Sponsor supplied logo to be used by the fair where appropriate
  • Sponsor prepared advertising scripts of fifteen (15) seconds or less to be read by the announcer during the event. Sponsor name will be mentioned at least ten (15) times during the event
  • Sponsor will receive seventy-five (75) VIP passes for guests to be seated on the stage if the sponsored event is performed in front of the grandstand
  • If applicable, sponsor representatives will be introduced and make trophy presentations for the event.
  • If applicable, the event the sponsor may parade up to ten 10) vehicles in front of the grandstand during the thirty (30) minute time period prior to the event start with full use of the public address system and the sponsor’s announcer.
  • Sponsor supplied banners, signs, or the like to be displayed on fencing leading into the event and if applicable, on fences trackside facing the grandstand seating
  • Invitation to and recognition at the annual fair picnic held each year on the Wednesday preceding the start of the fair
  • Sponsorship is open ended with the sponsor having the option to propose other activities that would bring further promotional advantage to the sponsor.
  • Right of first refusal to sponsor the event in successive years
  • Sponsorship package is customizable based on the type of event and the needs of the sponsor

BLUE RIBBON GRANDSTAND EVENT Sponsor

  • Sponsor will be billed as a “Deluxe Blue Ribbon” event sponsor with appropriate billing on all fair advertising and website
  • Exclusive sponsorship package for the named event with no other like business sponsoring the same event
  • Full page ad in the fair premium book
  • Link to the sponsor’s website on the fair website
  • Eight (8) week passes and twenty (20) day passes OR Ten (10) car passes to allow parking in the PIT area with admission for two (2) persons per vehicle. Any additional people will be charged normal fairground’s admission.
  • Sponsor supplied logo to be used by the fair where appropriate
  • Sponsor prepared advertising scripts of fifteen (15) seconds or less to be read by the announcer during the event. Sponsor name will be mentioned at least ten (20) times during the event
  • Sponsor will receive one hundred (100) VIP passes for guests to be seated on the stage if the sponsored event is performed in front of the grandstand
  • If applicable, sponsor representatives will be introduced and make trophy presentations for the event.
  • If applicable, the event the sponsor may parade up to ten 10) vehicles in front of the grandstand during the thirty (30) minute time period prior to the event start with full use of the public address system and the sponsor’s announcer.
  • Sponsor supplied banners, signs, or the like to be displayed on fencing leading into the event and if applicable, on fences trackside facing the grandstand seating
  • Invitation to and recognition at the annual fair picnic held each year on the Wednesday preceding the start of the fair
  • Sponsorship is open ended with the sponsor having the option to propose other activities that would bring further promotional advantage to the sponsor.
  • Right of first refusal to sponsor the event in successive years
  • Sponsorship package is customizable based on the type of event and the needs of the sponsor

RESERVE GRAND CHAMPION Sponsor

  • Sponsor will be billed as a “Reserve Grand Champion” building/event sponsor with appropriate billing on all fair advertising, website, and social media sites.
  • Full page ad in the fair premium book
  • Sponsor supplied logo and link to the sponsor’s website on the fair website
  • Sponsor’s will provide prominent signage to be displayed on a to be determined spot(s) on the sponsored building or at the event.
  • If a building is sponsored, the sponsor will be assigned two (2) booth spaces across the front of the sponsored building.
  • Ten (10) week passes and twenty (25) day passes
  • Sponsor supplied logo to be used by the fair where appropriate, in connection with the building or event
  • Sponsor prepared advertising scripts of twenty (20) seconds or less to be read over the public address system during the course of the day
  • Invitation to and recognition at the annual fair picnic held each year on the Wednesday preceding the start of the fair
  • Two complimentary tickets to each paid event performing at the grandstand each year the contract is in place.
  • Right of first refusal to sponsor the building/event in successive years at contract’s expiration
  • Sponsorship package is customizable based on the type of building or event and the needs of the sponsor

WHITE RIBBON Sponsor

  • Sponsor will be billed as a “White Ribbon” event sponsor with appropriate billing on all fair advertising and website
  • Exclusive sponsorship package for the named event with no other like business sponsoring the same event
  • Full page ad in the event program booklet or if no event program booklet exists, a full page ad in the fair premium book
  • Link to the sponsor’s website on the fair website
  • Four (4) week passes and ten (10) day passes OR Ten (10) car passes to allow parking in the PIT area with admission for two (2) persons per vehicle. Any additional people will be charged normal fairground’s admission.
  • Sponsor supplied logo to be used by the fair where appropriate
  • Sponsor prepared advertising scripts of fifteen (15) seconds or less to be read by the event announcer during the event. Sponsor name will be mentioned at least ten (10) times during the event
  • Sponsor supplied banners, signs, or the like to be displayed on fencing leading into the event and on fences trackside facing the grandstand seating
  • Invitation to and recognition at the annual fair picnic held each year on the Wednesday preceding the start of the fair
  • Sponsorship is open ended with the sponsor having the option to propose other activities that would bring further promotional advantage to the sponsor.

BLUE RIBBON DAY Sponsor

  • Sponsor will be billed as a “Premium Blue Ribbon” event sponsor with appropriate billing on all
    fair advertising and website
  • Full page ad in the fair premium book
  • Sponsor supplied logo and link to the sponsor’s website on the fair website
  • Sponsor will be assigned the under-roof space in front of the office to hand out literature and promotional items. Tables will be provided
  • Ten (10) week passes and twenty (20) day passes
  • Sponsor supplied logo to be used by the fair where appropriate
  • Sponsor prepared advertising scripts of twenty (20) seconds or less to be read over the public address system during the course of the day
  • Sponsor supplied banners, signs, or the like to be displayed at the entrance gates to the fairgrounds on the day of the sponsorship only
  • Invitation to and recognition at the annual fair picnic held each year on the Wednesday preceding the start of the fair
  • Sponsorship is open ended with the sponsor having the option to propose other activities that would bring further promotional advantage to the sponsor.
  • Right of first refusal to sponsor the event in successive years
  • Sponsorship package is customizable based on the type of event and the needs of the sponsor

JUNIOR CHAMPION Sponsor

  • Sponsor will be billed as a “Junior Champion” building/event sponsor with appropriate billing on all fair advertising, website, and social media sites.
  • Full page ad in the fair premium book
  • Sponsor supplied logo and link to the sponsor’s website on the fair website
  • Sponsor’s will provide prominent signage to be displayed on a to be determined spot(s) on the sponsored building or at the event.
  • If a building is sponsored, the sponsor will be assigned two (2) booth spaces across the front of the sponsored building.
  • Ten (10) week passes and twenty (25) day passes
  • Sponsor supplied logo to be used by the fair where appropriate
  • Sponsor prepared advertising scripts of twenty (20) seconds or less to be read over the public address system during the course of the day
  • Invitation to and recognition at the annual fair picnic held each year on the Wednesday preceding the start of the fair
  • Right of first refusal to sponsor the building/event in successive years at contract’s expiration
  • Sponsorship package is customizable based on the type of building or event and the needs of the sponsor

GRAND CHAMPION Sponsor

  • Sponsor will be billed as a “Grand Champion” building/event sponsor with appropriate billing on all fair advertising, website, and social media sites.
  • Full page ad in the fair premium book
  • Sponsor supplied logo and link to the sponsor’s website on the fair website
  • Sponsor’s will provide prominent signage to be displayed at to be determined spot(s) on the stage and in the stage arena.
  • Three year-round billboard type ads on the back outside wall of the stage as provided and installed by the sponsor
  • Exclusive ownership of sponsor named concert series and sponsor named stage. All advertising to include Crawford County Fair sponsored named concert series and sponsor named stage where applicable and permitted
  • Fifteen (15) week passes and twenty (25) day passes plus four photo ID All Access backstage passes. Sponsor to provide photos for the ID badges.
  • Mutually agreed upon number of vehicles on the racetrack during the concerts.
  • Sponsor prepared advertising scripts of twenty (20) seconds or less to be read over the public address system during the course of the day
  • Invitation to and recognition at the annual fair picnic held each year on the Wednesday preceding the start of the fair
  • Complimentary tickets and Meet and Greet passes to each concert event performing at the grandstand each year the contract is in place.
  • Right of first refusal to sponsor the building/event in successive years at contract’s expiration
  • Sponsorship package is customizable based on the type of building or event and the needs of the sponsor
  • During all concert introductions, the emcee or a sponsor representative must mention the Sponsor named concert series, the sponsor named stage and the sponsors name(s).
  • Sponsor provided directional signage around the fairgrounds pointing to the Sponsor named stage. Locations of signs to be approved by the fair board.
  • Promotions, drawings, register to win contests at the sponsors place of business, social media, and elsewhere as determined by the Fair marketing representative
  • Sponsor’s logo and name printed on the concert tickets
  • Week long booth space with fifty (50) foot frontage at a location in the commercial exhibit area
  • Sponsor display area for literature and display material inside the “Triangle” beside the fair office gazebo during the concerts
  • Sponsor provided promotional announcements to be made over the fair public address system each night of the concerts.
  • Sponsor will have the first right of refusal at the end of the contract period to extend or renew the sponsorship.
  • All items of the sponsorship package are subject to acceptance and or revision by the concert artist’s management
