Junior Fair Board

Are you interested in becoming a member of the Junior Fair Board?

The Crawford County Fair Board is seeking applicants between the ages of 14 and 19 to actively serve on a Junior Fair Board.

Qualifications

  • Live in Crawford County
  • Be between the ages of 14-19 as of July 1st
  • Be able to fulfill a one-year term as a Junior Fair Board member (January-December)
  • Complete the Junior Fair Board application including signed parent/guardian consent
  • Have 2 signed letters of recommendation from a non-family member

Junior Fair Board Application

  • Applicants must be between the ages of 14 and 19 and live in Crawford County. The application must be received by May 15, 2022

  • Please answer the following questions. Please limit your answers to a maximum of 3000 characters including punctuation and spaces.
  • Explain in not more than a 100 word essay why you wish to serve on the Crawford County Junior Fair Board.
  • Please provide two signed letters of recommendation from a non-family member (teacher, counselor, coach, community member, etc.) for your participation on the Jr. Fair Board. You should scan and upload your letters of recommendation with this application.

  • Membership terms are limited based on the applicants age and their involvement with the committee. By signing below the applicant affirms they have read the criteria and responsibilities for being a member of the Jr. Fair Board and agree to abide by these if selected to serve on the Jr. Fair Board. The Parent/Guardian signature below indicates they have read and agree to the criteria and responsibilities and are giving their consent to their child's participation on the Jr. Fair Board.
