What is Meadville Fair Innovations, Inc?
Meadville Fair Innovations, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting the future of the Crawford County Fairgrounds through fundraising, community involvement, and facility improvements. Formed in 2024, the organization helps lead efforts to repair, improve, and modernize the fairgrounds while preserving the strong agricultural tradition that has long defined the fair. From special events and fundraising campaigns to building and infrastructure projects, Meadville Fair Innovations plays an important role in keeping the fairgrounds safe, welcoming, and ready to serve the community for years to come.

- Dates: First Tuesdays of the Month – May 5th, June 2nd, July 7th, & August 4th
- Setup Time: 8:30 AM
- Location: Inside Gate 3
- Bring your own tables & chairs – $10
- Rent a set of Tables & Chairs for $25; includes 2 tables & 2 chairs – money due at time of set up.
