What are the hours of operation?

The gates are generally open to the public 10 am until approx. 10 pm.

What is the price of gate admission?

How much is parking?

Parking is free and shuttle service available from downtown areas

What services are available to handicapped guests?

Assistance with entry, convenient on grounds parking and golf cart transportation on the property. For more information, please email us at ccfair@co.crawford.pa.us or call (814) 333-7465.

Are dogs permitted on the fairgrounds?

Dogs are not permitted on the property. Service animals with proper identification will be permitted.

Are there ATMs on the fairgrounds?

Yes, ATMs are available for your convenience.

The ATMs are Located Outside of the Fair Office, Grandstand, and Racehorse Barn.

Will my bag be searched?

All “bags” are subject to search at all times. Grandstand entry will require a search.

Can I bring a cooler and food through the gate?

Yes, you can pack a cooler. However, alcohol is not permitted.

Where are lost items located?

Lost and found items can be claimed at the fair office. To reach our fair office, please call (814) 333-7465.

Can I rent strollers or wagons?

Strollers and wagons are not available to rent. Wheelchairs are available.

Can I rent a motorized scooter at the fair?

Motorized scooters are not available for rent.

Does the fair have private areas for nursing mothers?

Yes.

Does the fair have a WiFi area?

Yes, WiFi will be available.

Is re-entry permitted?

Yes, you and your family are welcome to re-enter the fair at your leisure.

Can I stay overnight on the fairgrounds?

Camping has been limited to exhibitors and concessionaires.  For more information regarding lodging, rentals, or campgrounds in or around Crawford County, Please visit the VisitCrawford website for the most up-to-date information for camping near or around Crawford County or the Surrounding Meadville Area.
